Traveling Battery Stands

The Traveling Battery Stand from Solus Group is an ergonomic, one-person battery changing system. The TBS stand has a 3,600-pound maximum capacity, which means it can support one charged and one discharged battery of most designs during the exchange process.

The 6-inch high model anchors to the floor for maximum stability, while other heights allow an adjustment of ± 0.5 inches. Choose between two-compartment or three-compartment models to best suit the needs of your forklift fleet.

Easy-grab push rails allow one staff member to ergonomically position the track-mounted stand for a quick exchange. The employee simply positions the empty compartment to accept the discharged battery, and then slides the stand down the track to insert the charged battery.

This heavy-duty stand has spark-proof, poly-sleeved rollers to reduce corrosive build-up that may occur during exchanges. Once the discharged battery is removed from the lift truck, the stand provides an ideal charging location. A Solus Group charger wall bracket can be mounted above the stand for a seamless battery-exchange process.
