Solus Group Educates Warehouse Owners on Essential OSHA Approved Maintenance and Safety Procedures

Solus Group, a warehouse solutions company, recently assembled a list of the most important warehouse safety and maintenance procedures to help remind warehouse owners to keep their workers safe.

Jennifer Taylor, Marketing Manager, says that while the passing of the 1970 Occupational Safety and Health Act has reduced occupational deaths by 62% and workplace injuries by 42%, it's still important to maintain stringent safety requirements in the warehouse work environment.

"Even for just a minor infraction, an OSHA fine can cost as much as $7,000," says Taylor. "For companies that are considered repeat offenders, the fines can jump as high as $70,000."
