Vertical Sheet Rack System

The Vertical Sheet Rack System (VSRS) from BHS is a series of 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 vertical roll-out drawers nested in a steel, powder-coated frame. Each of these drawers stores up to 2,000 pounds (907 kilograms) of sheet material, with maximum sheet dimensions of 12 feet by 6 feet and a depth of 2 inches (3.66 meters by 1.83 meters by 51 millimeters).

Reinforced tracks and heavy-duty casters ensure smooth travel, and a fully extended drawer exposes the entire face of the sheet. That allows users to handle sheets via sheet lifts, magnets, hoists, forklifts, vacuum lifts, and virtually any other material handling system—including manual access. Custom sizes, dimensions, and drawer counts are available on request.
