Vertical Sheet Rack System

The Vertical Sheet Rack System (VSRS) from BHS is a series of 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 vertical roll-out drawers nested in a steel, powder-coated frame. Each of these drawers stores up to 2,000 pounds (907 kilograms) of sheet material, with maximum sheet dimensions of 12 feet by 6 feet and a depth of 2 inches (3.66 meters by 1.83 meters by 51 millimeters).

This is a sheet metal storage system built for high-volume use cases. Reinforced tracks and heavy-duty casters ensure smooth travel, and a fully extended drawer exposes the entire face of the sheet. That allows users to handle sheets via sheet lifts, magnets, hoists, forklifts, vacuum lifts, and virtually any other material handling system—including manual access. Roll-out design and vertical storage save valuable floor space, providing high storage density for metal sheets and remnant pieces. Custom sizes, dimensions, and storage capacities are available on request.
