Forklift work platforms from Solus Group mount securely to the tines of qualifying lift trucks, creating a temporary elevated platform for overhead tasks. Multiple redundant safety features ensure safety during use. These durable personnel cages were developed in accordance with relevant safety standards, including ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 and 29 CFR 1910.178.

A 42-inch steel guard rail keeps workers safely on the deck, and 4-inch kick guards prevent tools from spilling out of the unit. The truck-facing wall of the work platform consist of a 66-inch mast guard made of powerful steel tubing and expanded metal; this construction offers the greatest combination of protection and visibility.

Other safety features include a non-skid floor surface, a gate with a padlockable latch, a hook-and-chain mast restraint, and multiple attachment points for safety harnesses. A unique locking mechanism firmly attaches the platform to fork tines, preventing any lateral slide.

All forklift work platforms from Solus Group are finished with a powder coating that resists scratches, impacts, and acid. On standard models, this finish comes in safety yellow for optimal visibility from the ground.
