Knock-Down Adjustable Battery Service Stand

Battery Service Stands give technicians 360-degree access to forklift batteries, simplifying maintenance tasks. But to stand up to the extreme weight of industrial batteries, Service Stands must be heavy themselves. That causes challenges for providers who travel to service batteries on-site at their customers’ facilities.

The Knock Down Adjustable Battery Service Stand provides a solution. This heavy-duty, acid-resistant stand breaks down into three lighter-weight units, allowing a single technician to transport the stand manually. A dolly grip and casters assist with movement of the frame, while the poly-sleeved roller bed separates into two easy-to-handle sections. Adjust the roller bed height between 4.5 inches (114 millimeters) and 14.5 inches (368 millimeters) to service batteries from trucks with varying compartment heights.
