Overview

The BHS Mobile Battery Extractor (MBE-42) is a self-contained, mobile forklift battery extractor with one 42" (1067 mm) wide battery compartment and is recommended for up to 50 battery changes per day. The MBE-42 is hydraulic powered with a 24 Volt powerhead which eliminates the need for a pallet jack. Its heavy-duty steel frame handles the toughest applications while its durable two-part epoxy finish resists both acid and scratches. The MBE-42 is equipped with a safety shield to protect its operator and its roller and slide strip combination provides increased battery stability. The Mobile Battery Extractor (MBE) is capable of servicing a variety of trucks due to the wide battery compartment, heavy load capacity, and broad lift-lower range. The MBE-42 is easily maneuvered using the powerhead controls at the rear of the unit, while the convenient, electrical pendant controls the battery extraction and lifting functions. The BHS Mobile Battery Extractor includes standard industrial components to allow for local parts availability, and its low maintenance design reduces operating costs.
